“New Build” in Gidgegannup

One of our valued clients wanted to build an ancillary dwelling on their acreage block before they build their dream house in five years time. They had not had any success with the traditional Perth builders and made contact with us through a mutual acquaintance. Because there was a significant slope on the land we provided an alternative to the usual concrete slab on ground, brick wall construction. I suggested a raised timber sub-floor with timber stud walls and light weight wall cladding. We quoted the project and came within their budget, signed a contract and got straight into the build.

The great thing about this type of construction is the savings made on site costs. No expensive large retaining walls had to go in. It was a pleasure to build this great starter house for our client!
